These wholesome energy bites are a great source of natural energy for nursing mamas--and everyone else!
Combine peanut butter, pumpkin, honey and maple syrup in a large bowl.
Add vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and Brewer's yeast (if using). Mix well.
Add oats, flaxseed meal, nuts, chocolate chips and combine.
Place dough in refrigerator for ~one hour to chill.
Roll into 1" balls. Store in fridge or freezer!
If dough seems too sticky, add a few more tablespoons of flaxseed meal.
