Sticky Note Goal Setting Printables
Last month I posted my monthly and weekly sticky note goal setting spread in my bullet journal on Instagram. I got several requests to make a printable version–and if you ask, you shall receive 😉 Here they are!
How to use the sticky note goal setting printables:
I came up with this idea because I honestly don’t have time to create a new layout every month/week for my goals. This method allows you to simply replace the sticky notes at the beginning of each month or week instead of drawing a whole new layout (or having to print multiple pages of printables). Just print or draw once & use over and over!
I’ve tried so many different layouts, but this has been my favorite because it has really helped me to actually achieve my goals–which is the goal, right?! 😉 I looked at my big yearly goals and used those to help determine my monthly goals. Then after I have set my monthly goals, I use those to determine the weekly goals that I need to accomplish in order to work towards the bigger goals.
So my yearly goals are pretty big goals, but the weekly goals are much smaller and more specific.
Suggested materials:
I suggest printing on card stock since you will be using these for years/weeks/months to come! 😉 You can purchase a few sheets of card stock from a craft store in the scrapbooking section. It is also available in 50 sheet packs if you want to have some extra on hand!
You will also need sticky notes. The printables are designed to use the smaller 2×2″ square size. This size comes in multicolor cubes or individual pads. They have them at Target (and I’m sure Walmart, office supply stores, etc too!).
Tips for using your printables:
- Make sure that when you print your goal setting sheets that “fit to page” is NOT selected! It needs to be printed at “actual size” in order for the sticky notes to fit.
- When I set my goals I like to make sure that they include a number of some sort so that they are measurable. Example: do 30 push ups, write 100 blog posts, have two date nights, etc.
- Keep them somewhere you can see them! Hang them on a bulletin board, display them on cute clipboards, put them on your fridge, etc. Constant reminders of your goals will only help keep you motivated!
- If you feel comfortable, post them on Instagram or send a picture to your friends for some accountability! Please tag me if you do, I LOVE to see you using printables that I make! 🙂

I made two different versions of the printables. Both versions have different category options. I recognize that not everyone works outside of the home and I wanted to make everyone feel included, including SAHMs and students. So there is a version that says “work”, one that says “kids”, one that says “school” and one version has all blank categories if you want to write your own! So don’t print all of the pages, just the ones that apply to you.
The first version is full page size. This size would be ideal if you want to keep them in a binder, folder, on a clipboard, etc. The full size version has yearly, monthly and weekly goal setting sheets.

I also combined the monthly and weekly goal setting pages if you would rather have them right next to each other!

I hope you you enjoy using these sticky note goal setting printables and that they are helpful! Go crush your goals!

No matter how many size adjustments I do it never prints to where a standard size sticky note will fit. How do I print where they will fit properly?

Hi! They are formatted for the small sticky note size (2×2″) they are linked in the “suggested materials” section. Hope that helps 🙂
