My Workout Clipboard [+ Free Weight Loss Printables!]

In 2021, I decided to focus on one habit a month whether that be drinking more water, getting ready each day, going outside, etc. For my April habit, I decided to really get serious about my health. I feel like talking about weight is taboo these days, but honestly? I have some to lose! Being pregnant during a pandemic meant that I gained a little more weight than I’d planned, and it is not coming off as easily as I’d hoped it would. I don’t feel healthy: I’m tired, sluggish, and am missing the strength that I know my body is capable of! So this is about so much more…

I started the beginning of this year with a list of routines that I wanted to simplify and committed to establishing one of these routines at a time. But the good news is, after I got my morning routine down, I started focusing on my evening routine and I finally feel like it is habit enough that I can share! This…

30 before 30: 100 Ideas for your Birthday Bucket List

It seems like after my 25th birthday, each subsequent birthday became less and less exciting. This year I turned 29 and was truthfully dreading it! Something about being so close to 30 was scary!  To help make my birthday more positive and to give myself something to look forward to this year, I created a 30 before 30 bucket list. This birthday bucket list is comprised of 30 tasks that I am committing to completing by my 30th birthday. Here is the list that I came up with! I chose to handwrite mine on a big piece of paper so that I could hang it in my office and see…
