My Workout Clipboard [+ Free Weight Loss Printables!]

In 2021, I decided to focus on one habit a month whether that be drinking more water, getting ready each day, going outside, etc. For my April habit, I decided to really get serious about my health. I feel like talking about weight is taboo these days, but honestly? I have some to lose! Being pregnant during a pandemic meant that I gained a little more weight than I’d planned, and it is not coming off as easily as I’d hoped it would. I don’t feel healthy: I’m tired, sluggish, and am missing the strength that I know my body is capable of!

So this is about so much more than a number on the scale BUT I am a very visual person who is motivated by crossing things off, coloring, etc so I created a variety visuals to help me stay focused and visualize my goal! These include everything from workout trackers, to weight trackers- feel free to pick and choose what ones would work best for you!

I personally am keeping mine on a clipboard that I keep in our workout room. You could also put them in a binder, or display them on a bulletin board or magnet board!

If you scroll to the bottom of this post, you will be able to download all six free weight loss printables- just select the pages that apply to you when printing. Here is what is included:

Workout tracker:

I designed this one to be used with sticky notes. Simply write all of the workouts you’d like to do that week on separate sticky notes and place them on the “to do” side. As you complete them throughout the week you can move the sticky note to the “done” side. This is a simple visual way to what workouts are completed each week AND allows for some flexibility- no assigned days, do what feels good to you that day!

I used the small rectangle sticky notes for this page, but page flags would work too if you want to workout more often! I choose to write down a more generic workout on each sticky note so that I can reuse them over and over each week.

Measurement tracker:

Keeping track of your measurements can be a great way to track non-scale victories! Write your current measurements on one side and then in a few weeks (or months!) you can complete the other side and compare your progress.

Sticky note weight loss tracker:

Add a sticky note for every pound you want to lose and then write the corresponding weight on each sticky note. As you lose weight, cross off the weight that you “passed”. Twenty of the small rectangle post it notes fit perfectly- if you would like to lose more weight you could write down every other pound, etc. If you have less weight to lose, simply use fewer sticky notes! (This great idea was inspired by my friend Carleen!)

Floral weight loss tracker:

A similar concept to the page above, but this time, color in a flower for every pound lost! Choose which version suits you best.

Weight tracker graph:

I used to keep a similar graph in my bullet journal, but they are pretty tedious to draw- this version is much easier to use! Simply, graph your weight each month- such a rewarding way to see your progress throughout the year!

Celebrations:

Finally- a place to celebrate your hard work! I chose to “celebrate” with a reward of something I’ve been want/needing every five pounds, but again, set it up in a way that makes sense to you!
