    What I Read In March

As I begin my social media break in April- I wanted to have a place to share the books I’ve read because I love chatting books with you guys! Leave me a comment and let me know the best book you read last month! 🙂 Another quick note: I recently started utilizing NetGalley- I didn’t quite understand how it worked previously- but it is a way to receive advanced copies of books before they are published, either ebooks or audiobooks! I’m sharing because there are a lot of books in the “read now” category that anyone can access, read and review; you don’t necessarily have to have an “online presence”!…

Wrap Your Books Challenge [+ spring reading list]

Strength: Buying books and creating a huge TBR pile (er….TBR bookshelf). Struggle: actually reading the books I own (I’m often more motivated to finish library books before they are due) Here’s the thing- my shelves dedicated to books are full (hi spatial limit!) and in an effort to not add anymore clutter to my home- I need to read some books I already have to make some room. I actually set a goal to read 23 books I already have in 2023….and I’ve only read ONE. I love following book accounts on IG and Tik Tok and I’m constantly adding new books to my TBR list. 2021 Fall Reading List

One thing I loved about my summer reading list was that it took away the decision fatigue that can sometimes accompany reading, you know when you think “So many books, so little time!” After I initially created the list of books, I didn’t have to overthink about it every time I was ready to start a new book- I could randomly choose one and know it would be one that I was interested in reading! My hope is that you can use this list in a similar way (or if a thriller heavy list isn’t your jam, use the more lighthearted summer list– or create your own!) Use this list,…

    My Favorite Books of 2020

I love reading other people’s book recommendations and am always looking for books to read, so I thought I would share a few of my favorites from last year! You will notice that there are a wide variety of books, ranging from historical fiction to thrillers, and from more literary style reads to fast and fun reads. My favorite types of books to read are page turning thrillers, but I noticed looking back on this year’s books, many of the most memorable were historical fiction. Needless to say, regardless of what you like to read, I hope you will find something new to add to your TBR list! Very favorite…

    July Book List Review

I slowed down a little bit, reading wise, in July, but the four that I did read were ALL so good & despite the different genres I enjoyed and would recommend them all! Here’s what I read this month: All books are linked to Amazon; if you choose to purchase through my links I will make a small commission at no extra charge to you. I appreciate your support! This Tender Land by William Kent Krueger This Tender Land is a historical fiction story of four orphans on their journey to escape from the Lincoln school-a school for Native Americans, most of which who were forcibly removed from their families.…
