Minimize the Mess March
Here’s an unpopular opinion- but despite what the decluttering experts say…you can declutter thousands of items and your house can still be a mess 🙃 I really thought that decluttering would solve my messinesss– but it didn’t. I’ve still got little messes all over the place because I haven’t taken the time to create organizational systems. I want to continue working on #operationhousetohaven, BUT I’m realizing for me- I’ve got to deal with the messes and organization BEFORE I get to the fun stuff (like decorating). SO, I’m going to buckle down and tackle as much mess as possible this month. I shared yesterday that you can do anything, but…

2024 New Year’s Free Printables
The week between Christmas and New Years is one of my favorite times of year. I know that you can set goals anytime of year- but there is something about the fresh start that the new year brings that feels so fresh and exciting! Over the past several years I have shared several printables that I have used to help reflect on the previous year and set goals for the next. This blog post will be sharing ALL of the free New Year’s Goal setting printables that I have created, updated for 2024. My hope is not that you download and use every single one, but that you find one…

Quarterly Habit Tracker
I had the idea for this printable the day before third quarter starts so this is going to be a SHORT one. I just wanted to get this up in case anyone wanted to start using it tomorrow along with me! Long story short, it is a spin off of the 75 sustainable challenge I did a few months ago. But I figured I’ll make it even more sustainable by making it something I can do each quarter! There are three rows (one for July, August and September) and a spot to track eight habits. If you don’t want to track that many, you can easily cut off the bottom…

How I Use Multiple Notebooks to Stay Organized
One of the most common questions that I get is how I use my multiple notebooks and printables. I hesitated sharing because it is NOT fancy or structured, BUT for me simple and flexible is what works best- and that is exactly what this is 😉 I’ve tried SO many different planners and bullet journal methods and found that this combination is what works best for me. Having multiple notebooks with different categories helps me compartmentalize and also allows me to keep the writing that I want and recycle the rest. Here are the notebooks I use every week: 1. Meal plan notebook– This is where I plan meals, write grocery lists, record…

2023 Unplugged Hours
Hearing the above statistic for the first time stopped me in my tracks- one of those moments where you think, “What am I even doing with my life?” Because if I’m being honest…my daily average is usually a LOT higher than 3 hours. Now, I’m NOT hating on phones or social media because I truly think that there can be SO much good to be found here– relationships, connection, inspiration, creativity, learning and entertainment. Buuut, it can also foster or encourage isolation, comparison, self doubt, bullying, numbness and avoidance. If I’m going to spend 45 days of my life (or more) on my phone every year- I want to be…
