Sticky Note Goal Setting Printables
If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that you never know what the year will bring! If you’re like me, the resolutions and goals that you set in January 2020 might have been difficult to accomplish as the year progressed…this is why I am such a huge fan of these sticky note goal setting printables! Using sticky notes allows you to be flexible as events arise throughout the year. Even if 2021 goes exactly as we hope, often our desires fluctuate throughout the year. That is totally normal and okay, and these printables will allow you to change your mind as many times as you want 😉
This post will be including TWO different sets of sticky note goal setting printables (both free!) Make sure to scroll down to view all of the options. Also make sure to check out this post for a free reflection and brainstorming sheet.
Sticky Note Goal Setting Printable #1:
The first sticky note goal setting printable is the one I have used for the past three years. It includes a goal setting printable for the year as well as a monthly and weekly one. I like to start with big yearly goals and then break them into smaller, more manageable goals each month and/or week. Because sticky notes are used, each month/week you can simply change out the sticky notes! Or if 2021 is another crazy year, you can switch out your goals as needed 😉
For this printable you need to use the SMALL square sticky notes. They are ~2×2″ and are linked here.

Sticky Note Goal Setting Printable #2:
This next sticky note goal setting printable is a new one that I created this year. I tend to want to do ALL the things starting in January of a new year. The problem with this is that I then tend to burn out…quick.
This year I decided that I will focus on ONE goal or habit each month (similar to The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin). My hope is that this will allow me to really focus on each goal and create lasting habits instead of fleeting or overwhelming goals.
I used small rectangle sticky notes to tentatively plan out each month’s theme-this way I can keep track of my ideas, but can change them as needed (or wanted!). When each month arrives, I will remove the sticky note and then track the habit on the mini habit tracker. The version I will be using has 21 days to mark off, because they say it takes 21 days to form a habit. I also included a version with the all the days of the month included as well as a blank version if you don’t want to use a habit tracker.
*The first version of these had an error with 18 boxes instead of 21- the PDF is now updated with the correct version. My apologies if you’ve already printed it!
