My 23 for 2023 List
This is my year of being intentional. I’m tired of letting my life fly by year after year without doing all the things that I’ve been meaning to do for years. Things like: playing and creating more, treating my body well, spending quality time with my family, spending less time on my phone and more time in the present. No more holding myself back- this is the year that I intentionally learn to live a life I love. This post is sharing my 23 goals for 2023. A few notes: 1. I likely won’t do this ALL, but I like to think of goals like a road map– even if…

Day in the Life
I personally love watching other peoples “Day in the Life” series on Instagram, YouTube, or blogs, but I never feel like my life is exciting enough to do one of my own- especially during the thrilling times of quarantine haha. But, after having a few requests to do one, I finally did! Sticky Note Brain Dump Printable
This year has been such a challenging one on SO many levels. If you are anything like me, your family’s schedule, routine and life in general have changed multiple times through the past 6 months. In an effort to keep up with life and our ever changing world as much as possible, I have tried a lot of different planning styles. For me personally, this is just NOT the year to use a planner. I bought one in January and it has remained pretty much untouched. Instead, important dates go on our family wall calendar and the rest I try and tackle weekly using my printables. I have found weekly…

Baby’s First Easter Basket Ideas
I’ve been looking forward to putting together Henry’s first Easter basket since before he was born! He arrived just days after Easter last year, so even though he will be over a year old this year, this will actually be his first Easter! This post will share what is going in Henry’s first Easter basket as well as some ideas for younger babies that I have found! You will notice that most of the items on this list are not specifically “Easter” toys, books, etc. I instead chose items that would be able to be used all year round. I also don’t want to spend a lot of money on…

Using a Bullet Journal to Track Health & Fitness
2019 marks the fourth year that I have kept a bullet journal, which is by far the longest time that I have ever stuck with a planning system! Explained in the most simple way, a bullet journal is using a plain notebook to create your own planner. I love using a bullet journal because you can customize it to be exactly how you want. You can keep track of important dates, lists, your meal log, your workout schedule, books you’ve read–any and everything–and it is all in one place! One thing that I have consistently included in my bullet journals are spreads to track my health and fitness journey. I…
